100% criteria based. We have criterias that are set to meet our clients goals. Criterias are based on profitability, replicability and consistency. These are three metrics our clients look for from us.
5. What does the day look like for a new start?
9:30am - Morning meetings, Atmosphere;
11:30am-7:00pm - Events/Promotions
6. How soon can one start?
ASAP. Our clients need 200 markets in the next five years, 20 markets next year

Base + Commission- Training

We provide medical insurance for the selected candidates who can finish the training program, and hit the management criteria
